Welcome, let's take control of your mindset. ASAP. Your perception creates your reality. You may have heard if you change the way you see things, the things you see will change. In short. We are going to focus on solutions. Not problems.

(Basically with the same energy and excitement most of you feel like about a Friday night out partying, or what ever "lights you up.")

Step 2. Now that you DECIDED who and what you want to be.
The ONLY thing that stands in your way, is you.
You can tell me, yourself, other people the many reasons why you cannot.
But almost always. It is fear.
Fear is created in your mind. It is destroyed by taking action.
Have a read through the 5 roadblocks and identify yours.
Then we will work out a timeline,
action steps and smash through your fears and excuses.
The ONLY thing that stands in your way, is you.
You can tell me, yourself, other people the many reasons why you cannot.
But almost always. It is fear.

Confidence. Certainty. Strength. Power.
These are words most men would want use to describe themselves.

Who you are. But if the outcomes are not there. If what you think, say and do doesn't line up. It creates pain, frustration and anxiety.
Possibly where you are now.
Take the time to either down and fill out the values and priorities exercise, I would suggest printing it out. Work out values, your beliefs and what you want.
Set yourself a 14 day target. 14 days I won't drink. 14 days I will run 3km. 14 days I won't allow myself to think negative thoughts longer then 5 minutes.
If you miss a day, start again. If keep falling short, failing, not doing what said.
Something is not right. To say the obvious. But the good thing is once we start getting the truth and some data down on paper. Just like a car, a computer or even a plant in the garden. YOU can start to change and adjust things.
That is if you truly want what you say you want.
And once you successfully complete that first 14 days.
It's game on. It is like a super power.
And all these challenges, problems and pain that once held you back.
You start to knock over one by one, like bad guys in a video game.
Start now. Because sometimes later becomes never.
