Daniel Fitts speaker, coach and creator of the DFP.
Growing up in Melbourne Victoria Australia, Dan didn't start off to well in life, bombing out in School, losing any chance of a good career or job and consequently life. So it seemed.

After having wasting many years of his young life, from dead end jobs, partying, a short stint in prison and his mother and many close friends dying because of lifestyle decisions or suicide. Things were not looking good to say the least.

This is what is called the western condition. A 1st world country, the ability to come back in a system that gives you 'second chances' and a helping hand.
Why is it that so many menn fall victim to their own thoughts, feelings and decisions?

Whether they are dealt a bad hand or not. Dan discovered how to play a bad hand very well. The traditional men's philosophy 'just man up it', 'just do it tough', 'she'll be right mate' no longer serves us.

If it ever did.

No doubt it is necessary at times. It keeps us alive, keeps us going.
But once the storms pass, as they always do. Dan found himself living, experiencing and building a life that no one thought possible, including himself.

The DFP Daily Freedom Path is designed to help men regardless of their beginnings, past or present moment. The DFP is a community, a philosophy, a process, that truly can bring men back from the point of no return where traditional practises, therapies and ideals fail to work.

The man in this photo changed my life.
You may know him. Greg Plitt.

A Fitness Model and Youtuber.
That alone turned off "real men"
with real problems.

People miss understood that his message to tell you to better yourself.
Came from a place of love. Not from a place of judgement.

And the same thing as the DFP, my teachings. Fitness and Food is a small small almost irrelevant part of becoming a man that can overcome anything.

That can step up and take responsibility for himself and his family.
No one wants to hear the truth. From some shirtless jacked guy in the gym telling you to better yourself.

As I sat there on my mattress on the floor, eating a microwaved meal, about to start a shift for the job I hated.
Sure I was going to the gym, but I was drinking my life away. And my money and my mind.

The message is the same, when Greg passed, fortunately I got to shake hands with the man after a decade of following his teachings.

I realized to make this really work men need three things, a community, a guide they can speak to and a clear vision.
